Always a go to when I'm on that side of town. Brown stew and jerk chicken always hit the spot. Never enough plantains though. I will still be back for more!

I really like the Jerk chicken here! I don't care for spicy jerk chicken and they give you alot for your money! Unlike other restaurants that give you more bones than chicken. The line is sometimes long but what Caribbean restaurant doesn't have long lines? Lol They also accept cards as well. If you're in the neighborhood, stop by and check it out.

Yooooooooo, And to think I was gonna skip lunch today and have a shake .... what was I thinking ??? We were working in the area and we really put it in this morning we worked extra hard today with homeless clean up's ... So we all worked up an appetite and I've eaten here a few dozen times & realized that I never have them a yelp out !!! Claudia, who waited on me was a doll !!! I went with a half jerk chicken with sweet chile sauce ... off the chain delicious !!! Greg D. As always the chicken was super moist and fell off the bone .... And their home made potato salad .... super fresh delicious ... tip, just add a Lil salt & pepper to your tasting ... Mannnnn, this lil spot made me feel like I was on vacation in Negril Jamica ... On my first visit ever to New York, I was hopeful to have a smorgasbord of cultural foods, well, my first stop was in Elmont, just outside of Queens, we ran across a corner spot, (Perci)JERK HUT EXPRESS on Linden Blvd. I tell you it had to be the SPOT, full of patient patrons waiting to get their orders. We ran in and after looking at the menu(and wanting mostly everything on it), I ordered the jerk chicken, peas/rice, side cabbage and plantains with extra jerk(sauce on side).... I fell in LOVE!!! This is definitely a go-to for great authentic jerk. My Bae ordered Roti... he was pleased as well.

As a pigtail and lentil connoisseur I can safely report that the food at Perci's Jerk Hut is good. Let me rephrase that, the food here is great! Of course there's gonna be a queue but that's okay because the cashier is friendly and doesn't rush you as some fast food restaurants can do. Other than Caribbean food, they sell snacks like cakes and ice cream and instead of going outside, you can pass through the double doors to get to the sweet side of things if you're feeling dessert-ish. I absolutely love how they cling flim your food container too, ain't no way you're gonna have to deal with spillage when you get to your destination. If you're in the area definitely check them out. Omg... this is the best hidden GEM for amazing jerk around these parts!!! You can get a large dinner for under $10, and have left overs because it's so much!!!!! Their festival is amazing! All I can say is try it!
